What an asset to Diligo!

I purchased an item on Diligo's website and after a week I did not receive tracking information regarding my parcel. I mailed them and a lady called Kathleen Scaglia responded promptly informing me of the date the parcel would be on it's way to me. She was very polite and ever so helpful. Once I received a tracking number I could not track it or find it in any data base. Again Kathleen assisted me by going out of her way to contact the post office, getting the correct information (as there was something wrong with the tracking number) and emailing me a summary of it all. I have never shopped with Diligo before, but will definitely do so again thanks to Kathleen and her great service! We need more people like her in the retail industry!!!
