Never received such bad service in my life!

Phoned earlier on the day to set aside two special edition items, which I was told would be kept specially aside for me "no problem".
I arrived at the Sandton Megastore 19:15 and asked for the items set aside under my name. After waiting for about 20 to 30 minutes, the assistant (who was appearing to be having supper in the storeroom at that time) came back and requested the name of the product again and was very confused when I told her that the one she had in hand is the wrong item.

Long story short - terrible service, bad attitudes, products were in an unexcusable condition (as I was planning to gift the one) and then to top it all off, it took them almost 15 minutes just to acquire (shout randomly till someone shouted back) to get the correct barcode.

Not impressed at all. And also not planning to support them again very soon... if at all.
