Failure to act Woolworths management around

On Saturday the 18th May 2013 I was at Woolies Clearwater around 6h30 but this was after we were at the store earlier. i was with two other ladies we picked up that there was a security following us around the store. We took what we came to buy and paid at the nearest till. What surprised us was this security guard by the name of Herbet Luvuno we later established was still following us.

When we got off the escalators we wanted to verify if indeed he was following us, he definitely pitched. I asked him if there was any reason why he was following us in that fashion despite that we paid. My experience tells me that you are considered to have after crossing over the door without paying. If there was anything unbecoming that we did he could have waited for that opportunity. This made us uncomfortable that we came to the store to buy as regular and loyal Woolies customers.

What annoyed us most was when we confronted him about his conduct he said in Zulu "yha abelungu banemali bayakhokha nina bantu abamnyama niyeba" translated to mean yes whites have money they pay you Black people are . this despite that it was brought management attention nothing was done.
