Ought full burnt chicken"black"

I went to the food section ask 4a full chicken the assistant gave me it ws already in a closed pack not visualy transperant to see exactly the condition of the chicken, I then bought french roll and a salad. When we got to our office to eat 4lunch de chicken was all black on the outside and the inside som with burnt kin showing, the french roll was also stale n de salad not lookng fresh. We always buy dis kind of a meal during our lunch break, outside soweto (south gate, bright water commons, the glen) n we always get it fresh... I dnt think as soweto residence we deserve a better treatment. Pls look to it and hope it gets resolved soon b4 it damages the pick n pay brand! I still have the receipt to prove it. Our lunch was spoilt, please pick n pay not again.
