'How do you determine who is eligible for credit

To whom it may concern

I am seriously disappointed in Edcon as a service provider. I am a 26 year old women who has worked from the age of 18. I have never owed anyone a cent in my life i am now a proud single mother of a little boy and have decided to start building up a credit score. I applied for a Jet account online and when i called to find out the progress I was told that I do not qualify when asking why this is I was told that my score is too low alone knows what that means when i have a score of zero!! I asked if i could take necessary document to the store and re-apply and to my surprise I cant apply for the next 3 months!!!

Im so disappointed that this could happen to me and from the stores that I do all my shopping at. Guess if i aint good enough for you guys i will have to look at other ventures.
