Tiger Wheel and Tyre

I've been getting a very good service since 2010, but on the 10th May 13, what happened to me was disgusting. I came on the reception area, they were two Tiger Wheel gentlemen, one was a Manager, helping the same person (s), that old man was with his son. The third guy who could have helped me was busy on the phone, I stood there waiting with my kids, until another customer came in silver VW polo, he didn't jumped off his car, but the manger rushed to the guy outside, pass through me and fetched some device to check the fault on this man's car, they opened the bonnet and helped the guy who came after me, that when I decided to live. The guy who was on the phone was busy with some documents after the phone call, the other one was still talking to the two first customers. People around me were alwayz asking why, I'm so loyal to Tiger Wheel because, they are expensive, but I would proudly say "Their service is one in a million" NOT ANYMORE, not before you are weighed and rated.
