Since being a customer at HomeChoice, I've run into financial difficulty but still paid my account. My complaint is simple, the one does not know what the other is doing in this particular call centre. Also they have harrassed me for paying too little, or two days late. Calls have traumatised me to the extent that I will never purchase anything via the internet ever again, let alone from them. Is one call not enough to make sure that you will be paying your account at the end of the month?
Their service is pathetic, never ever did I think this would happen.
