Have major surgery 3 days before the concert

By 7 tickets for Dirty Dancing my family are coming up from Jhb to spend my birthday with me. My birthday being on the 10 th Feb, can only get tickets for the 9th no problem. Bought them on the 2nd feb. Fell down the stairs on
the 3rd, broken ACL and Meniscus needs to be repaired go in for an op on the 7th. Computicket won't refund the tickets, as I can longer go and my family don't want to go without me, hw shocking. Shame on you Computicket.
