Paid my account bt doesnt show any picture

I paid my account on the 12/12/13, immediately after i foned them to inform wz told its bn activated bt the funniest thing is its nt nd doesnt even show any pic all it sayz is"wait subscription to be verified if nt call"since then i have bn callin to tell them abt it instead wat they do is kee telling me to check channel 118 which doresnt even show any picture foned again 2day still waz tld to check Channel 110 now its me off coz i paid for the account
