At Nu Metro Waterfront by Staff

I just had my phone from under my bag on the seat next to me while i was watching the 19.45pm screening of Before Midnight. As soon as I realised, I rushed out to inform staff and security only to be greeted with blank stares. I was told by the staff manning the entrance that no one had walked in during the show. At least 6 staff members were completely unphased by my concern and questions, almost like Jacob Zuma's face when he is asked about Nkandla. The only conclusion must be that staff were involved.

There was two exceptions: one lady who asked "have you tried calling it" and one man who told me they didn't have security, there are no cameras and that this happens all the time. Fat lot of good that was.
I am completely appalled by the complete lack of concern and zero effort taken by the cinema to solve this crime or even to pretend that they wanted to. I would appreciate at least some effort on your part.
