AERIAL DISPLAY HELLIUM BALLOON STAYS ON GROUND

I bought a Groupon voucher for a helium balloon ride for R385-00 and the normal price is R280-00 which was what it would have cost if I had bought it at Monte Casino. But worst of all after phoning up till 3pm on the 23rd of November I was told the balloon could not go up due to wind. We decided to still go and have a meal and see if the wind had subsided and to no surprise to us there was no wind. We were told the balloon could still not go up due to guess what "wind". Realising the balloon could not go up as there was only one person on duty there. We also asked why we were charged a higher rate and we were told it was because it included champagne and chocolates which we knew. We then asked could we at least then get our chocolates and champagne? and were told he has none. We then asked for a refund and was told to come back another day for a ride. We have been. We have for sure been.
