Non-existent delivery for a paid for service

I have been signed up to Push Play since 8 July. In this time I have STILL not received an activation letter in the mail. I have reported this several times, with slow, ineffective responses. I have re-verified my postal details and even changed them to my work address. No one has bothered to follow-up to find out whether the service I have bought and paid for is actually working. A phone call / personal email would have been a nice touch for terrible service, and instead they insist on using their website (which does not give email notifications once you receive a website "email") to correspond.

I strongly recommend that no one in South Africa use this service as it is little more than a. Nearly two months and I have not received a single DVD rental.
