Me and my husband recently moved over from Ster-Kinekor to Nu-Metro due to the closing down of SK and Keywest. Must say we were pleasantly surprised with the upgrade in service and quality from SK to NM and have visited NM quit often. Recently decided to buy the NM Fanatics card. Have been promised to have an activation e-mail within 2 weeks. Decided to phone today since it's now been more than 2. On dialling the 0800332550 the call simply gave to beeps and dropped. Tried numerous times. Decide to phone NM directly. Spoke to Charles who simply said. "I'm sorry but there's no alternative, if the nr is not working I don't know what else you can do." Wow! What a disappointment from the top service and experience received from NM Keywest to the poor service received from the call centre, clearly not feeling like going an extra mile on a Friday afternoon.
Sies Charles... you are a bad apple...
So what now? Is there seriously not any other means of communications regarding our NM Fanatics cards?
