First of all let me point out that i will not accept that automated reply you are giving to everyone; coz it shows you are not really listening to what our problem with you is. Honestly, who's bright idea was it to have the 'back to back episodes'?? whoeva came up with that should have their brains nailed to a tree. we have lives too and cant afford to be in front of a tv for 3hours straight just to catch up on a series, the one episode a week was perfectly fine. now these reruns of Merlin, Breakout Kings, Up all night, now you are just being mean to us with little pockets. There are certain series which were always made available to compact subscribers, well premium subscribers have nothing to complain about since they have access to compact too. these series are Supernatural, Criminal minds, pretty lil liars, Ellen, etc. if u had reduced our subscription fee we wuld not be up in arms wt u but fact that we are still paying the same fee for being downgraded?? please dont give me that whole list of what you are gon show in august it has nuthn to do with the fact that u took away what were compact series and left us wt a substandard channel which i barely watch
