Top TV wasting my money with wrong/incorrect info

I bought a top tv last year July. After waiting a week for it to be installed, after I must surged for someone to put in the top tv. I already paid for it to obtain a voucher of activation. They also did not inform me of which activation I must take, so for a month I must watch scrap. Every month it is some kind of problem. January thet credit me after a huge fight. Now they suggest that I go over to pre-paid so that I can manage my viewing. After a huge struggle of where top buy a voucher, nobody told me there is different ones. I thought that the smalller voucher willl obviously be the weekly one. Just to find out I am watching scrap again. According to one of their suppervisors, who advise me to go over to pre-paid I could buy a weekly voucher, or as it pleases me. Because I am away for a week or so and then I cannot switch it of like DSTV. So they are wasting peoples money by giving wrong info to the customers. I sugested that the company hire competent people to do the job or train them to be well informed. I want to claim this vouched back by having full bouqet viewing for atleasdt a week. Even the few rand I was in credit with they took
