Did not want to refund

Due to an accident, with no side mirror, we could not get to to suncity to sleep the night at cabanas. I feel that they should fund, coz I would not have to them. My family was there as we were going to join them. My more in law even spoke to the manageress on duty to ask if they would refund, n she had said yes.

If they were not going to refund my mother in law would have stayed the night.

I want. Refund

I only have an invoice regarding this incident from the insurance
