Understaffed / crazy queues / safety?!

I was very dissapointed today, my 1 visit to a movie in over 6 months - my 1 night out is so important to me being a mom who doesn't get the opportunity to have a ''night off'' often! Arriving at Blue Route, the queues were ridiculously long... with only 2 ladies manning the refreshments with no assistance and tons of unhappy patrons who eventually just gave up and left the queue and 1 gentleman at the desk for for ticket purchases. It took me 45mins from the time I arrived to finally get served and get into the movie. Then towards the end everybody is smoked out of the cinema without seeing the end of the movie due to a fire... nobody puts the lights on.. stops the movie... and tells patrons to get out... surely there should be someone like a manager to take control of these situations. So my 1 night out I missed the beginning and end of a movie and went home completely dissapointed..so much for this mommies night out :( Very sad Ster Kinekor Blue Route!
