Double Charged for a movie

Went online to book 3 tickets for the Iron Man show on Wednesday (17:40), whilst booking their site went down, this is after i entered in my card details. - 5 minutes later the site came back up. I checked, the seats where still available and the confirmation sms did not come through. On Sunday i look at my bank statement and see i was charged twice (R180.50 each time) for the seats. I mailed their support on sunday and to date have not received any feedback regarding this.

Please give me my money back, as i can promise i did not sit in the same seats twice at the same time on the same day.

I have given them 2 days to acknowledge their mistake (even though they have had my money for 7 days) and they have not gotten back to me.

Terrible service.
