City power worst service ever

I logged a call to city power on 24 April 2013 09:33, i was told my problem will be resolved within 1-4 working hours. i phoned back 6 hours later and was told it will be done by the end of the day. I phoned the following day 4 time and was told the same thing. its 3 days later and we still without any electricity.
I've begged and pleaded for assistance, but nobody wanted to help me.
every time i do a follow up i need to hold for 30-45 minutes before someone can assist me.. I had to stay at home for 3 days thus far hoping someone will come out and assist. This has been the worst service i have received and hope that some one at City Power Johannesburg will be able to assist
