A few months ago we residents in Bokaap sent emails and contact Zain Mccullum, however unsuccessful. We have been sent from pillar to post from Shaheed Mallie and Rafeeq Foscher eventually to Jaco Theron who replied to us to copy and paste his responses. He has not given us feedback regarding our enquiry about the mosque being build and from the ground that the mosque is taking from our residential area.

Our concerns was not met at all as the people is building without a approval certificate. They have compromised our entrance to our housing complex. Yet Mr Jaco Theron feels the need not to come out and look or to reply to our emails. Why am I then paying taxes if this is the service tax payers get.

Another inspector came out from a different area and agreed that we have valid points, in regards with the boundries, health and safety measures not being adhered to. Jaco Theron went on heresay and has not been assistance as required. I have sent him emails forwarded as he replied to us without all the enquiries raised and we still waiting response.
