BAD SERVICE AND I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE!!!

Ref no: 8001210738 - No buses on the scheduled times, buses ain't there on time and no explanation for it. Logged a complaint and I was told that I will be contacted within 3 working days... mmmmmmhh it's been weeks!!!

This morning I was at the bus stop at 8H00 - there was no 08H10 bus, no 08H20 bus as per schedule. I got a bus at 08H55 and I start work at 9H00. I called the Call Centre to complain, Wooooow what a service - worst the worst service!!!
