SARS
First wrong now no reply 6 months ongoing

I gave in my tax claim and it was not approved for unknown reasons, after several appeal's it was approved after about 6 months now still waiting for 2 months to be paid out but there is no reply or contact from SARS.
i work outside SA and every year i meet all the rules and conditions of SARS set by them, but every year there is a problem or a delay for months and unexplained deductions from SARS. What to do, to be treated fair and just in our country
