How do I stop the DA from harassing me???

How do I stop the DA from harassing me??? Kiss Helen Zille? What??? What does it take???

I've just received what is likely to be the first of many SMSs reminding me to register. Last voter registration weekend I got more than a dozen SMS/s - one every couple of minutes, from early Saturday morning through the day, regular as clockwork.

They also phone me - one phoned just last week - and I told her (as I have previously) that I am not South African, I am not allowed to vote, I do not need to register and I DO NOT WANT dozens of SMS or phone calls from the DA at all times of the day and night. The lady last week was most apologetic and promised my cellnumber would be removed from their database - yeah, right. Eight days later, here we go again.

It is intrusive and offensive - and there isn't even a "Reply Stop to opt out" option. Surely this is illegal marketing??? Can I report them for spamming/abuse of cellphone system??? If not, then how at least can I get them to off and stop harassing me???!
