Badly Damaged Rds, No Str. Lghts up until State Rd

Can something be done about WEST Road. That road is a living nightmare. Many commuters are being killed and cars are badly damaged. Those potholes turning into West Road fron the Old Pretoria road are so HUGE the entire road is Literally coming apart at the seams of BAD Repair. What makes it WORSE is there
is no Street Lights on WEST Road. It is more Rural than Urban, yet that area has become so built up. Yet no Street lights. It is dangerous and we are soon going into Winter where the Sun sets earlier. Please get this fixed before anymore Fatality. PLEASE PLEASE... Pedestrians are also PEOPLE. Over our Festive period more PEDESTRIANS died and it is DUE TO these conditions. All the so called "Township Areas" are situated out there. These are People that count... Please Help...
