Not delivering what you get paid for

Cannot supply constant and reliable electricity to the Freewaypark area. It is sad to think that we are paying rates and taxes as well as our monthly electricity bills and we have to toss a coin... power or no power. Too many fat cats money and eating Kentucky. Service and maintanance are no rocket science.
