We are now without Power for more than 24 Hours

We are without Power for more than 24 hours, we have a 6 mnths old baby we must make plans to feet her. Our meat in our frizer is going to go bad soon... The Municipality wants us to pay but for a service like this??? Our Power went off at 29/11/2013 at 03:00am and is still off 30/11/2013 08:00am
