Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by THE most helpful, polite and knowledgeable person I have ever had dealings with at ANY call centre.. I called because I wanted to be able to get my electricity account via email and I wasn't sure how to go about it, expecting a 'run-around' by the person answering the phone. Lauricia assisted me, step-by-step until the entire process was completed and did so willingly, without any sign of frustration or irritation. Thank you Lauricia - you absolutely made my day and restored my faith in call centres.
