I having been in an ongoing battle with SARS regarding my 2011 returns since Feb 2012. I spent 6 months calling to follow up on the status of my assessment only to find out in august that it got lost in cyberspace. After resubmitting I was asked to submit supporting documents which I did online and I was asked again for the documents which I then physically handed into SARS. After many calls and constantly speaking to people who could not tell me anything but when documents were recorded.By this afternoon I was tearing my hair out frustrated beyond belief that no one could answer any of my questions. I finally got hold of a lady by the name of Janine, and she was friendly, super friendly and offered to take it up with her managers and request the auditors to contact me directly explain exactly what was happening. If you had more call center agents as willing to help as her I am sure this would have been settled months ago.
