Bad manners from admissions officer

I went to visit some family of mine yesterday at Dennebos in Ceres yesterday morning around 9 o'clock in the morning, and the guy at admissions were treating us very badly, full of attitude. I'm sorry but they won't see me again. Does he perhaps not know that he is there because of us? Thanks, but no thanks!
