YET AGAIN - NO POWER

For the past four weeks we've been having power outages in our area in Tedstoneville Germiston. Especially over weekends. And at night is their favourite time. We have to call the Call centre every time. You hold on for 45minutes and more. When they eventually answer you either get cut off or you get answers like "we have a 24 hour turn around time." At first they tell you they are aware of the problem but when you specify the area they had no calls on it. Guaranteed that the informal settlement that is bordering us is so full of lights its not even funny. At first you didnt get a reference number. After I reported it to the local newspaper you get a reference number but you still hold on for ages. I guess I used about R 250-00 worth of airtime trying to report no lights. The service is pathetic. Such as the sewerage drain that uis inside my yard 's steel cover was. I phoned several times for them to replace it but no word. If someone gets killed or injured I will claim agsinst the council
