Taxi rank a filthy mess

I drive past the taxi rank on Cnr Ysterhout & President Fouche, Randburg every day, and i am disheartened and disgusted at the filthy mess that is being allowed to pile up. This is beautiful and lush neighborhood, and this rubbish is bringing it down. This is an ongoing problem, and there are no rubbish bins in sight, or any hope that this problem is under control! Further to that, it is right opposite a SCHOOL!!!
The municipality needs to come to the rescue immediately!
