Run me off the Road!!

I went to pick up my husband as we are about to go on lunch, At the 4 way stop i waited for the cars to pass which was there before me. There was an ambulance that was about to cross when a government bakkie run over the stop which meant the ambulance had to stop for him, The bakkie stopped in the middle of the road, At that moment i was also in die middle of the road, as 4 it was my turn after the ambulance. I then pressed my horn the driver in the bakkie stopped completely and told me i must not insult him and i dint know who he is.
I then told him just to go, but he did't move, I then tried to pass him on his right, As i moved forward he also moved forward which let us almost nose to nose, My husband then told him if he bums my car there's going to be more than just a horn involved. After 5 min of shouting and telling this man to move he eventually did, But i had to drive behind him and he did't go faster than 20km/h. I think people like this, who works for the government should be looked at, I doesn't mean he can do whatever he wants, when ever he wants, with who he wants. if it was up to me i would of that guy until he moved his car.
