Pension, overtime and leave still not available

I gave a month notice and resigned at Dept of Correctional Services Groenpunt, my last day of work was 31 August 2012. my HR office mr Mokoena told me that they are taking all my documentation by hand to our head office. it took Groenpunt HR 54 days to send all my documentation to our Head Office. I got an e mail 3 months after several queries i have done regarding the pay out of my pension where they admit that they hand in my documentation late, AND ALL THAT IT SAID WAS SORRY FOR THE DELAY. it is going on for 5 months now, and still no money or any communication from their side. The middle of december mr Mangels from PSA union contacted me and informed me that our Head Office did sent all the documentation back to Groenpunt because my divorce settlement paper was not attached. Again Groenpunt up because there was a copy of this on my personal file at Groenpunt HR office. i e mail this document my self to mr Mangels as he seems the only guy who are willing to help me, he then forwarded it to our Head Office. i am in dire straits here regarding my financial status, the bank wants to take my house back, i did ask for a letter just to confirm my resignation and outstanding pesi
