Failure to attend ttheir duty

I called 10111 at 5:30am today after i had noticed that my car was broken into and the radio together with other belongings that were in the car. I was informed by the call centre agent that they will send the officers. it is with great digrace that they arrived 2 hours later and to do absolutley nothing because they said i must go to the station to open a case. if this is the process followed then why was i not informed by the call center agent to go to the station. The world would be a better place without these so called police whose duty is to serve but they are more like pepetrators and the ones committing the crimes. they have the most horrific attitudes towards their work and dont deserve to be in those position let alone carrying the guns
