The called our number and when we approach the consult, he told us we were to slow. We must wait and he will call us again. We waited for 1 hour to be called again but we were not called. We complained and we were told to seat town and shut up. We complained to several people but no one helped us. We asked the consultant to call us again and he gave us bad attitude. We end up living the branch without help. We had to drive to another SARS branch to get help.
