I went in to Home Affairs, East London on Thursday 25th July to replace identity documents.
Great service from beginning to end -
- Man on help desk directed me to correct line
- Wait for attention only 10 minutes
- Lady processed application quickly and even gave me advice regarding a temporary ID which I had not thought to apply for.
- sms confirming application received on same day.
I was in and out in 20 minutes.
