Foster care grant money not being paid - run aroun

After endless nightmares and procedures I was promised my foster care grant payout tomorrow 04th July - has originally applied in Jan 2013 and application captured in Feb - I was just sent an email saying payment not happening tomorrow but now its been postponed another month - this is 1 YEAR later (got foster care in Aug 2012.

The government departments are a joke - no care for any individual!!!
