To do your tax only happens once a year. For most individuals.
Preparation for this event takes time and effort, yes. However, how long do you need to prepare your servers for the amount of people in this country that needs to file?? I mean it's been advertised for how long. They had a whole flippen year to prepare??
The servers are overloaded, the forms are not pre-populated (even if you "refresh IRP5 data ten million times, if you get the chance... ahem...) and whenever you DO eventually get into the filing site, it bombs you out. What The??
