Hermanus Provincial Hospital
I'm SO impressed with this Government Hospital

As easy as as it is to complain, I must say I would much rather be excited and praiseworthy of great service. When entering the Hermanus Provincial Hospital, the air is clear, it's not too full and it's surprisingly clean (there are even up-to-date magazines that aren't torn apart!).

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, Charmaine Nondalu (don't know if that is the correct spelling) and while filling in forms she was kind and outgoing.

I want to commend this government institution for employing someone who made me feel comfortable and taken care of from the get-go! Great job Charmaine!
