UIF BENEFIT WITHHELD

My daughter has been attempting to claim UIF from the time she's gone on maternity leave (which was in December 2012!!!) - her baby is now 22weeks old!!! and she still cannot get any assistance - every time she's tried - at the different branches- of course, depending who she speaks to on that day - she gets the runaround- some document or other is outstanding!!! and she goes back to the company or the gynae, even!!! because some little detail has been omitted - when she goes back to the UIF office - lo and behold - some other detail is missing - and this makes it impossible to claim the money that she was debited for- every moth that she was employed - like clockwork - and yet claiming it back it almost impossible - if someone would - for once - make it clear - what it is that is required - maybe she can still claim the money this year even!!!
