I have recently given up on trying to get various problems, relating to our Ekurhuleni utility bill, resolved with the Boksburg Municipality. Needless to say, the entire Boksburg Municipality is pathetic when it comes to any form of service, not to mention that not one of their numerous phone lines ever get answered.
