No Service, nevermind Bad Service

I lost my e-mail password when i migrated computers.
Once I had filled in the secret question I still was not allowed in
(I must have made a typo in the secret answer)
I filled out their form for help, and they stated that it takes up to 48 hours for a response.
(I left an alternate e-mail and a telephone number)
Its now Friday, and that was Monday, still silence.
I have decided to use another service
