Billed for stuff i didn't agree to - NOR RECEIVED!

I received a phone call late last year offering books to me - for free - as a sample.

I agreed to receive FREE stuff and upon receipt - IF I WAS HAPPY- we would proceed with a subscription.

I have till this day not received anything accept a letter in the post saying i have not paid my last account.

I've sent e mails, but obviously this is a and after viewing all the complaints about you, I am now sure that you people are not interested in giving good service.

Poorly pathetic. I am highly annoyed. I am not paying a cent!!!

Somebody better delete me off your system RIGHT NOW!!!
