What is going on?

I've joined the men's health subscription for 12 months and it's been a complete nightmare the last two months. Firstly - I wanted to change my address about two months ago as I'm not receiving the mag in the post however I get a sms constantly stating that My mag is on it's way. Secondly I signed up for a family member also to get a mag... low and behold - They get the January issue however me... well still nothing. My wife has the same problem with fair lady??? Our accounts are not being debited and being a wise person I phoned and the answering machine tells you there is a problem with the new system.

Can someone please tell me what is going on???

All I want is my mag... my address changed and the media 24 to take the money and not one day out of blue just debit a large amount of money out of my account without me even knowing.
