FALSE PROMISES

I purchased a nisson micra on the 17th oct 2013 on the earn while you drive option.

The sales lady advised me that on the 1st dec i will be paid full advertising fee as well as the money for the licence and registration.

I was paid in nov and short, when i queried it they said it was a technical error but conveniently there was no error for my debit order going through which did on the correct date and exact amount.

Then i uploaded the licence docs and reg docs on the website and was advised by a lele tatene that i will be paid in dec when i was supposed to be paid in nov.

I am still not paid for that until now.

Then again i was paid less in jan.

This is very misleading and if this dont get sorted i am going to seek legal assistance as i beleive as a consumer i have rights and not for us to be taken for a ride.
