Incompetent Staff and No Feedback

I am an extremely irate customer. I placed an order for a Block Mount on Thursday 12/09/2013 (2:46pm) at the store in
Chatsworth Centre.

I intended to purchase an A3 mount, however your staff on duty informed me that there was only an A4 mount available.

I took the A4 mount as I needed the Block Mount for a Farewell Present for a colleague leaving to the UK. I was told that the mount would be ready at 10am the next day.

I called in the next day before coming in to the store, but was told that the printer did not have any ink and it would only be refilled by 2pm.

The mount was not ready on time and I didn't get to present it to my colleague.

On Monday 16/09/2013 I called the store at 10:47am. I was told that the canvas was printed and that I could collect it after lunch.

I came into the store at 1:45pm and saw that it was still un-mounted. I was then told that the canvas was the incorrect size for the mount. A staff member had given me an incorrectly sized mount.

I left the store at 2:20pm, still without any idea of what's happening with the mount.

After 4 visits and 3emails, I haven't got any idea what to do. I have already paid for the product.

Absolutely Disgusted
