Inefficient operations at SAPO centurion mall

I went to the centurion mall post office on Saturday the 20th to pay my traffic fine and I queued for almost 15minutes before I could get to the tellers. I showed her the fine and she advised that it can only be paid by postal order. She gave me a form to fill in for the postal order and after completing filling in the form, I waited again for almost 5 minutes to be regrettably told that the system is offline. My frustration with this aforementioned service is as follows;
- Why queue for 15minutes to be issued with the right form?
- why can't someone ask people on the queue about what service they need so they can be advised on what to do before wasting their precious time?
- why not display the system problems conspicuously or via an audible system so people don't waste time queuing only to be told that the service they require cannot be rendered?

The post office is integral to many SA people and improvement of service in this regard will be highly welcomed.
