ARE THEY COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!

I am beyond disgusted with this electricity supplier. I have paid my bill every month without fail and without being late. I put the correct info in and I send through proof of payment EVERY time...

YET they have NEVER received my payments and now want to switch my electricity off due to their incompetence!!!

it is NOT my fault you cannot put 1 1 together! I want this sorted out.
calling them is ALSO USELESS as their staff are beyond unfriendly and unwilling to help
