Debits on my account for no reason

On the 21st and 31st of december my fnb account was debited with R49 for worldtc that i have no idea what is it about and i want to know who gave them the authority to debit my account and what is it for, when did i gave the permossion to do so and how did they manage to get my bank account number. This has to stop what they are doing is debiting people's account without consent i will contact the ombudsman.
