Earphones stuck at cape mail hub for 18 days!!!

I bought earphones on bidorbuy, items were dispatched early to Welgemoed on 2013/03/12 but has been stuck in transit at the cape hub mail since, 2013/03/12. Its been too long now! This is such bad service!!! Tracking number for item is; PE802052444ZA. Need assistance to get it to Johannesburg quick!
